"Setting up the project and seeing it through to a successful conclusion" This course will provide you with the knowledge and techniques to project manage relocations and refurbishments including fit-outs and moves whilst meeting deadlines and budgets as well as satisfying end-users. Through our interactive workshop approach, delegates are introduced to the techniques used in relocation project management and then gain confidence by using them. The course has been designed so that anyone (including non-FM members of the organisation) who may be involved in the selection, design and relocation or refurbishment of premises will also benefit from attending.
