The programme will strike the right balance between planning, organising, motivating and controlling, helping pressured FMs to manage with success and confidence. It is a highly participative and engaging course which offers the opportunity to reflect as well as practise new techniques in a safe environment.

This course is accredited by ILM and delivered by their approved centre Radius 360. The ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management can be attained upon successful completion of reflective reviews and one work-based assignment
